That trio started Arsenal’s final game in the league phase of the Champions League against Girona, with 17-year-old starlet Nwaneri leading the line and grabbing the second goal in a 2-1 win.
The teenage talent has netted three goals in his last six Arsenal appearances and, with a starting role likely, he could bolster that tally against a Foxes side that have leaked 53 goals in 24 league games.
Longshot of the Day – Plymouth to beat Blackburn @ 4/1
Plymouth are all of a sudden believing that they can guide themselves to Championship safety following seven points from their last three matches and the Pilgrims may further enhance those survival hopes away at Blackburn.
Miron Muslic’s appointment as Plymouth manager has given them renewed confidence and Tuesday’s emphatic 5-1 win at home to Millwall was made even more impressive given it came only three days on from their shock FA Cup triumph over Premier League leaders Liverpool.
Those victories came on the back of a 2-1 win over sixth-placed West Brom and a 2-2 draw with fourth-placed Sunderland and they should have little to fear from Blackburn.
Rovers may remain in the playoff places but they have lost five of their last seven matches in all competitions and have recently seen their manager John Eustace depart for Derby, who sit 21st in the Championship.
