Biography: Hakim Ziyech is a Moroccan professional football player who was born in Dronten, Netherlands, on March 19, 1993. Both for Chelsea and the Moroccan national team, he operates as an attacking midfielder or winger.

Ziyech was raised in a Muslim household with his four siblings and both of his parents are Moroccan immigrants. He joined the local amateur club Reaal Dronten when he was a young child and began playing football. He was scouted by the Dutch club Heerenveen at the age of 10 and enrolled in their youth academy.
