He doesn’t have any children yet, but he does have a fiancee and an extremely supportive unit with him.

Here, talkSPORT.com looks into the people behind Hurts ahead of Super Bowl LIX.

Who is Jalen Hurts’ partner?

Hurts is engaged to Bry Burrows.

He proposed to Burrows in September 2024 but the pair have not yet announced a wedding date.

They met while at the University of Alabama when Hurts played for the Crimson Tides before transferring to Oklahoma.

Burrows remained in Alabama and was part of the Alpha Kappa Alpha sorority.

The pair kept their relationship secret, only confirming publicly in 2023 when she was seen walking hand-in-hand with Hurts after the NFC Championship game.

Burrows currently works as an AI partner for IBM and likes to keep herself out of the spotlight.

But Hurts has opened up on their relationship.

Speaking to Essence in 2023. he said: “I knew a long time ago.

“I mean, to this point in my life, that’s an irreplaceable feeling. I think that’s what allowed us to get to where we are now. I’m not married or anything like that. But I am spoken for.”

Who are Jalen Hurts’ parents and siblings?

Hurts’ dad, Averion, was a coach at Channelview High School in Texas and his mother, Pamela, was a teacher and a counsellor at a different school.

They both played active roles in his development as an American football player, and he has publicly praised them before.

Speaking about his parents, he said: “I have a foundation kind of set for myself, but my parents did that for me. And I think being a coach’s kid, they created habits for me to see things a certain way, have the wisdom that I have, and I give all the credit to them.”

Averion had a chance to be a professional American football player and was involved up until university level before suffering a knee injury that ended it all.

Jalen has a younger sister, Kynnedy, and an older brother, Averion, named after their father.

Averion Jr played quarterback for Channelview High School and now works as an offensive coach at Baytown Lee High School, Houston.

Meanwhile, Kynnedy is at the Louisana State University and Hurts saved $70,000 for her education and to help her play volleyball professionally.

Speaking to GQ about it in 2021, he said: “I haven’t really talked about this one to anybody yet, not even my parents or my sister even.”

“She’s going to do great things, and just in case she needs it, I have $70,000 set aside for her to go to college. Just in case she needs it. She plays volleyball, so she could very well get a scholarship and go play somewhere for free.”
